Title: migration south
Post by: sam on June 21, 2009
Good luck to everybody on the London to Brighton ride. If all 27,000 of you draft each other you'll be there in no time. As for the infamous hill at Ditchling Beacon, don't be squeamish about going over the bodies of those who have fallen before you; it's what they would have wanted. The British Heart Foundation is always looking for donors.

Those treating this as a race, please remember to dope responsibly.

I myself am doing the much less well publicised London to Hove ride, which takes place on a parallel route three inches to the west, for a charity which counsels cyclists traumatized by punctures.
