The Romans had a phrase for it:
imperium in imperio, a sovereignty within a sovereignty, an absolute authority within the jurisdiction of another. The mods have to be granted this else we may as well not have mods at all. No bowing and scraping necessary. The forum simply requires a voice of authority in addition to my own, and they're it. Please do not engage in debates with them. They have a licence to moderate.
