A pinache of oven baked haricot beans in a rustic jus of sun blush, Sicilian tomatoes, with cold smoked, outdoor reared, rare breed, wild boar Pancetta.  Served on a scaffold of lightly toasted, farmhouse, artisan, 100 year wild yeast and lactobacillus culture, sour dough bloomer, with a glazing of hand churned, unpasteurised, organic, macrobiotic, butter.

Bacon and beans, on toast;-)
