Casino Royale was this: about forty minutes too long.

In spite of misgivings about Daniel Craig1 as Bond James Bond he is actually quite good2, and in the first half of the fillum there is plenty of blokes jumping off things with big explosions in the background.  And killin's.  Which is as it should be.  Le Chiffre is pretty villainous and not barking mad like most of Bond James Bond's adversaries, and Dame Judi is as triff as ever.  However, in the second bit of the fillum, there is a lot of dull BLEAN with men playing cards, interspersed with Bond James Bond washing blood off his face and/or changing his shirt.  And he crashes his new Aston about fifteen seconds after driving off in it, the silly fellow.  Then he goes all soppy over a gurl, which is definitely not Bond James Bond behaviour, tenders his resignation and finally has a fight with a bunch of baddies, only you can't tell who is who as it's all dark.  No huge blowing up of villains' lair in the final reel or nuffink.  Bah!

6/10.  Could do better.

1 - Dougray Scott would have been much more betterer and he can do the Shir Shean acshent
2 - though he does look like a middleweight boxer about five years past his prime.

I, Cosmo Larringsman, have spoken.

I hae caught Mrs H surfing for images of Daniel Craig... naked.

I am relieved to report that due to her unrefined surfing abilities, she has only unearthed pictured of Paul Daniels.
