A little over a decade ago when I was still embedded on the east coast of the United States of America, Inc., I got it in my head that I'd like to publish a magazine. Here was the result. (https://prettygoodbritain.com/bokeh/light/lightreading.html) It was a salutary lesson on how to lose a tidy sum of money very quickly. I financed the single issue from the proceeds of an insurance settlement from a car accident -- not really a viable business plan.
