Shopping of phone users

I issued my first Endorsable FPN for driving and phoning yesterday 8) The driver started to argue and the following converstaion took place-

Driver "Youv'e got no evidence or witnesses"
Me "If I need evidence then I WILL seize your phone, and do you honestly think that, once I've explained to the Magistrates that I had to persue you on my bicycle for 300 yards before you stopped at the traffic lights, where you were still on the phone, they aren't going to believe me?"
Driver "But..but.."
Me "As you passed me in the opposite direction, you had your phone to your right ear"
Driver "Didn't!"
Me "Thats what I saw"
Driver "It was to my left ear!"
Me "Thank you" ;D
