My understanding is that you should:1) Put your Brooks saddle into a washing machine or tumble drier with a large rock.2) Switch machine on and 'tumble' saddle and rock for a minimum of three hours.3) Take saddle and rock out of washing machine/tumble drier.4) Throw away saddle and fit rock to bike.
