The great Shakespeare experiment

Thy wheels I love and they, as pitying me,
Knowing thy seat torments me with great pain,
Have donned plump slicks, and comfy rollers be
Gripping well in sunshine and in rain.
And truly not the monocoque of carbon
Better becomes the measled king of climbs,
Nor the ally MTB with guards on
Doth half the glory to commuting times
As those two slicks become thy rims.
Oh! let it then as well beseem thy Rolls
To yield for me, in yielding grant my whims
For Audax rides without steep groin pain tolls.
Then will I swear comfort herself is steel,
And all they numb who this truth cannot feel.
