• Medallions of beef - bits of beef
• Seared beef - raw beef
• Gujons of chicken - bits of chicken
• Juliennes of carrot - slices of carrot
• Shavings of Parmesan - some Parmesan on top
• Drizzled - poured
• Anointed - poured
• Fruits de Mer - a lot of hard work and mess, with shells 'n' claws 'n' stuff - you're gonna need a finger bowl

etc.
