Exclaimed at my first RLJ'er the other day, I'd overtaken him minutes before, then stopped at some lights and he just just sailed past the inside of me and straight through, grounding his pedal on the kerb in the process. The lights changed shortly after and I overtook him again. Maybe he was trying for a record of maintaining an avg speed of 8.00mph.
