I don't need this bike, I can't afford it, and I haven't the room. Plus, it's probably a bit too racy for me. But it's so beautiful, and so obviously well cared for that I'm really tempted to join the queue.But what I really wanted to say was that this whole thread has reaffirmed my faith in human nature (and the people on this forum specifically). It would have been heart-breaking to see this bike snapped up for a song and split down or cynically sold on with a mark-up by someone looking at it just as a fast buck. I know there would be nothing illegal about that. Just wrong.
