Sorry for shouting, I jsut wanted to get your attention.

I've Just heard from Simon L1234

After hearing the prosection evidence the judge threw out Dan's prosecution - there is no case to answer. He did not need to ride on the cyclepath to avoid inconveniencing motorists.


Congrats Dan! (And relax!)

Now someone in a wig has told you what you knew all along. ;)
